Your session data is stored securely in your browser's local storage on our platform. Booking notifications are sent via Formspree (formspree.io). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

→ With your trainer — name, topic and session slot (not your phone or email unless you choose to share)
→ With Razorpay — for payment processing only
→ With Google — Google Meet is used for video sessions
→ When required by law — to comply with legal processes or government requests

6. Trainer Data Privacy

Trainer personal information (email address, phone number) collected during the application process is stored securely and is never shown publicly on the platform. Only the trainer's public profile information (name, topics, rate, bio, availability) is displayed to learners. Trainer private data is accessible only to GigMentor administrators.

7. Cookies

GigMentor uses browser localStorage to store session and booking data locally on your device. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Google Fonts may set cookies as part of font delivery. By using our platform, you consent to this use of local storage.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
